Advertorial Illustrations for D Magazine's May 2024 Issue

Private School Handbook is an advertorial package that local Dallas private schools can showcase their schools along with a written story on tips for parents with students in private school. 

Illustration Study & Layout

A direction was starting off with hand-drawn illustration felt essential, but required a defined style. Using Procreate, various styles were explored through brush and shading tests to refine the visual language.

While each private school has its own identity, a shared set of foundational school supplies became the conceptual anchor. These familiar objects were illustrated using a consistent brush and shading style, allowing individuality to emerge within a cohesive, unified system.
